During this unusual time, we're all asked to dig deeper in ourselves to find greater creativity, spontaneity and inventiveness. Many of us feel stressed with changes in our work, family life and the nature of well everything. Essential to be 'good friends' with our own being, and healthy, positive and centering thoughts and actions are crucial in boosting our immune systems.

Compassionate Inquiry is the trademark name Gabor Mate is known for, amongst his brilliant work with trauma and addiction. I am not known nor famous like Gabor, but I've been practicing something quite similar in my own life and teaching for years. With the mindful approach of Alexander Technique, breath awareness and sound vibration one can come into a deeper awareness of what is really there. It's not easy to uncover our hidden assumptions and habitual behaviors. Often it feels like there is no choice. Yet with compassionate investigation, with generous curiosity it is quite remarkable what we can discover. When the space around this deep inquiry is held and supported, a whole new courage can come into play. That's my specialty, holding the space, giving support and safety for this deep inquiry. There can also be a wonderful sense of play that I help invite in my sessions. So come join me in this chance of discovery in a playful, safe environment. We laugh, dance and sound our way into truth.
